<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Inventory has a significant impact on the success of a company’s operational procedures. Each company can select a method of distribution that is appropriate for its needs, and in selecting a method of distribution, the company can learn (opportunity) about the method of distribution that will be used in the company. Opportunity measure is an action taken by management in determining the inventory method that maximizes satisfaction and is profitable for the company. As a result, selecting a reliable method of gaining access to information is critical, because failing to do so will have a negative impact on your financial situation. The goal of this research is to eliminate any negative effects on the variability of the business, the size of the company, and the level of risk associated with the selection of a business assurance method. Purposive sampling was used to choose the manufacturing firm that would serve as the sample for this investigation. This company is part of the consumer products industrial sector and is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 40 businesses that meet the criteria, with 36 businesses using the average method and 4 businesses using the FIFO method. Data collection the technique employing second-level data. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. This is based on the fact that the need for healthy drinking water is a basic need in human life. The research aims to prepare an assessment of the readiness of micro and small businesses to manage water resources into bottled drinking water in Fakfak district. Descriptive research uses a qualitative analysis approach to test the feasibility of a bottled drinking water business. Data was obtained through a simple assessment technique of respondents' opinions using the Balanced Score Card matrix as a reference. <dc:description xml:lang="en-US">+ The economic performance of nutmeg farmers in Fakfak district is currently entering a period of very difficult challenges due to the age of nutmeg trees that are old, unmaintained, and no longer productive in bearing fruit. This empirical fact in the next few years will be a serious threat that can impoverish people due to low nutmeg yields; requires strategies that must be carried out by farmers to improve crop productivity. The research was carried out during May – December 2023. Descriptive research method with a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been deliberately determined. The data obtained are given a weight value based on the assessment indicators obtained from the results of the preliminary research. The results of research during the research show that the real conditions of the work culture of the nutmeg farming community and other nutmeg business actors; just carrying out the same activities for years, even for generations. This resulted in efforts to downstream and increase the scale of production that could already be controlled, basically never happening. The willingness and ability to do business to obtain added value from downstream production of Papuan nutmeg is very low, due to the fear of not knowing the market, and limited access to working capital.</dc:description>

The research method used was quantitative descriptive using analytical test tools, namely the determination coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, t-test and F test. From the results of data processing, the value of t calculation for physical evidence (X1) was calculated (2,470) ˃ttable (1,996) with a significance value of 0.016 < 0.005, the price (X2) was tcalculated (4,916) ˃ table (1,996) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, word of mouth (X3) was calculated (2,119) ˃ table (1,996) with a significance value of 0.038 < 0.005, This means that physical evidence, price and word of mouth have a partial and significant effect on purchase decisions. From the F test, the F value was calculated as Fcalculated 49.478 ˃ Ftable 2.74 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that physical evidence, price and word of mouth have a simultaneous and significant effect on the purchase decision. Meanwhile, the result of multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 4.203 + 0.370 X1 + 0.484 X2 + 0.303 X3. Based on this study, it can be concluded that physical evidence, price and word of mouth have an influence on purchase decisions partially and simultaneously and it can be seen that price is the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchase decisions in UD. <dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of compensation, work environment, and motivation on teacher performance at the Nurul Ulum Ngampon Foundation. The quality of education is highly dependent on teacher performance as the spearhead in the learning process. Teacher performance is influenced by various complex factors, including the welfare received, work environment conditions, and the level of internal and external motivation possessed. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, which involves the active participation of teachers at the Nurul Ulum Ngampon Foundation. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS statistical software. This analysis aims to identify the relationship between the independent variables (compensation, work environment, and motivation) with the dependent variable (teacher performance). The results of this study are expected to provide valuable recommendations for the foundation in an effort to improve teacher welfare, create a more conducive work environment, and increase work motivation. Thus, it is hoped that teacher performance can be significantly improved, which will ultimately contribute to the achievement of better educational goals at the Nurul Ulum Ngampon Foundation. This study is also expected to be a reference for further research in the field of human resource management, especially related to the factors that influence teacher performance.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Many cooperatives remain unable to prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, raising concerns about the quality and reliability of their financial reporting. This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of key factors—namely human resource capacity, accounting knowledge, and the use of information technology—on the quality of financial statements quality. Employing a descriptive-verification method with a quantitative approach, the research was conducted on 48 respondents comprising cooperative administrators and financial officers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results reveal that both human resource capacity and accounting knowledge have a significant positive impact on the quality of financial statements quality. In contrast, the use of information technology was found to have no significant positive effect. These findings suggest that improving the competencies and accounting literacy of cooperative personnel plays a more crucial role than technological adoption alone in enhancing financial reporting quality. The study contributes to the understanding of internal factors that affect financial statement quality in cooperatives and offers insights for policymakers and cooperative stakeholders seeking to strengthen financial management practices.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research examines how capital expenditures, government size, and leverage influence the financial independence of regencies and cities across Java Island from 2020 to 2023. Regional autonomy emphasizes the importance of independent and efficient financial management to support local development. While Java Island is classified as having a moderate to high level of fiscal independence overall, disparities still exist among its regencies and cities regarding their ability to manage and optimize local financial resources. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the financial statements of 49 city and regency governments on Java Island, yielding 196 observations in total. The sample was selected using purposive sampling criteria, and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software. The findings reveal that government size significantly and positively influences fiscal independence, while capital expenditure and leverage do not have significant individual effects. However, when analyzed collectively, all three variables have a statistically significant impact. These results imply that regions with langer economic and financial scales tend to have greater capacity to generate local revenue and achieve higher levels of financial independence.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In this research, we examine non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2021 to 2023 to observe the effect of debt policy, sales growth, and good corporate governance on company value. Good corporate governance is measured by the percentage of independent commissioners, sales growth, and debt policy as measured by the debt to equity ratio (DER) as independent variables. The dependent variable is the company value represented by the price to book value ratio (PBV). The method used is quantitative. Data were obtained from 76 companies selected based on certain criteria. The analysis was carried out using EViews software version 12 with multiple linear regression of panel data. The results of the study show that debt policy has a positive effect on the value of non-cyclical consumer companies. In addition, increased sales also significantly increase company value. However, good corporate governance does not have a significant impact on company value. Simultaneously, the value of non-cyclical consumer companies on the IDX in 2021 to 2023 is influenced by debt policy, sales growth, and good corporate governance.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to examine the influence of academic self-efficacy, academic resilience, and academic self-regulation on students’ learning outcomes in the subject of Service, Trading, and Manufacturing Company Accounting. A quantitative survey method was applied to a sample of 140 11th-grade Accounting and Finance students from three vocational high schools in Central Jakarta, selected using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression.
The results show that academic self-efficacy, academic resilience, and academic self-regulation significantly and simultaneously affect students’ learning outcomes (F = 167.325; p < 0.001). Partially, all three variables also show a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R² = 78.7%) indicates that these internal psychological factors substantially influence academic performance.
These findings highlight the importance of psychological development in enhancing academic achievement. It is recommended that teachers and schools provide more support in fostering students’ self-confidence, academic persistence, and learning regulation skills.</dc:description>

For the quantitative data used in this study, annual reports and corporate sustainability reports were employed as secondary data sources. Thirty-four businesses in total met the sample requirements using purposive sampling, which produced 102 observational data sets. The analysis technique utilized with IBMM SPSS 26 software is multiple linear regression analysis. According to findings from the research, net profit margin significantly increases firm value while corporate social responsibility significantly decreases it, whereas current ratio and firm size have no discernible effects. The value of the business is simultaneously greatly effected by the four factors. These findings suggest that while non-strategic CSR disclosure, company size, and liquidity are insufficient to affect investor perceptions of company value, financial performance particularly profitability plays a significant role in raising company value.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The capital market plays a strategic role in accommodating public investment needs through various financial instruments while providing access to funding for companies to foster economic growth. A decline in stock value, which negatively affects the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), highlights the importance of examining internal factors influencing firm value. One such factor is Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which promotes sound management and increases investor confidence. Additionally, a company’s profitability reflects managerial efficiency in utilizing resources and generating sustainable profits. Firm size also serves as a key aspect, indicating the scale of operations and market competitiveness, which may contribute to increasing firm value. This research examines companies in the infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the 2021–2023 period, drawing on a purposively selected sample of 28 firms and a total of 84 observations. To evaluate the impact of internal determinants on firm value, multiple linear regression analysis using a Random Effect Model (REM) was conducted via Eviews 12. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) was operationalized by employing proxies such as the proportion of managerial shareholding, institutional ownership, and the presence of independent commissioners. Profitability was represented through Return on Assets (ROA), whereas firm size was expressed using the logarithmic scale of total assets. To measure the dependent variable, firm value, the Tobin’s Q metric was applied, enabling a data-driven exploration of these internal influences. Based on the analysis results, it was found that managerial ownership and institutional ownership exert a positive and significant influence on firm value. In contrast, the independent board of commissioners and firm size demonstrate a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, the profitability variable does not show a significant relationship with firm value. These findings contribute to enriching the empirical literature on internal factors affecting firm value and offer practical implications for both management and investors in formulating strategic decisions, particularly within the infrastructure sector.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research discusses how tax sanctions, tax understanding, and love of money influence taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion. The results from the literature review indicate that the influence of these three factors is not always consistent. Tax sanctions can make people afraid to evade taxes if the law is enforced fairly, but they can also lead people to justify evasion if they feel the law is unjust. Tax understanding sometimes encourages compliance, but it can also be exploited to find legal loopholes. Meanwhile, love of money can tempt people to evade taxes for profit, but it can also make them compliant for fear of losing money due to sanctions. Therefore, the influence of these three factors heavily depends on the situation and the values held by each individual</dc:description>

The results from the literature review indicate that the influence of these two factors is highly significant in affecting compliance. Tax knowledge can enhance taxpayers' understanding of their obligations, thereby encouraging compliance. On the other hand, taxpayer consciousness can make individuals more responsible in fulfilling their tax obligations. However, income level serves as a moderating factor that effect the relationship between tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and taxpayer compliance. Therefore, these findings provide important insights for future research in the field of tax compliance.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study examines how digital transformation (DT) drives business sustainability (BS) by synthesizing fragmented research on the integration of digital technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and big data analytics—with sustainability strategies. Using a PRISMA-compliant scoping review of 45 peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2025 and guided by the Dynamic Capabilities Theory and the Triple Bottom Line framework, the study systematically maps industry focus, research methods, theoretical grounding, and sustainability dimensions. The review identifies five dominant pathways through which DT supports BS: circular economy enablement, smart resource management, supply chain transparency, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. These technologies have been shown to improve resource efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance ESG performance, yet the literature is heavily concentrated in developed economies, underrepresents small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and emerging markets, and relies primarily on quantitative, cross-sectional designs that offer limited causal or longitudinal evidence. For practitioners, aligning DT initiatives with strategic sustainability goals, developing organizational change-management capabilities, and fostering collaborative ecosystems are critical to realizing systemic sustainability gains. For policymakers, addressing issues of standardization, interoperability, and equitable access to digital resources is essential. This study contributes an integrated synthesis using established theoretical frameworks, clarifies the mechanisms linking DT and BS, and proposes a future research agenda emphasizing theoretical integration, methodological diversity, and broader geographic coverage.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study examined the impact of Management by Objectives (MBO) on the non-financial dimensions of organizational performance in a commercial bank in Awka South LGA, Anambra State, Nigeria. The research adopted a descriptive survey design, targeting 50 employees across top, middle, and junior management levels. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, as well as Pearson correlation to test the relationship between MBO and non-financial performance indicators. The study achieved a 95% questionnaire return rate, with 100 out of 105 questionnaires returned, indicating adequate data for analysis. Respondents comprised 62% males and 38% females, with the majority aged 31–40 years (47%). Most respondents were married (58%) and predominantly held junior management positions (52%). Analysis of Management by Objectives (MBO) revealed positive impacts on non-financial performance, including boosting employee motivation (3.72), optimizing resources (3.95), setting customer-centric objectives (2.80), ensuring high-quality service delivery (3.88), and promoting innovation (3.84), with a grand mean of 3.64. Pearson correlation analysis showed a strong positive relationship between MBO and non-financial performance (r = 0.667, p = 0.62671), indicating that effective MBO implementation enhances operational outcomes beyond financial metrics. The study concludes that adopting MBO practices contributes significantly to holistic organizational performance by improving workforce productivity, service delivery, and innovation. Recommendations include continuous training on MBO practices, periodic review of objectives, and active employee participation to sustain improved non-financial outcomes</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Organizations are rapidly adopting HR analytics to support data-driven decision making. Yet much of the existing literature treats the use of analytics tools as evidence of organizational capability, leaving the distinction between adoption and capability largely unexamined. This study addresses this limitation by mapping the intellectual structure of HR analytics research through an adoption-to-capability perspective. Using a systematic integrative literature review of 138 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2026, we examine how HR analytics is applied across HR functions, which outcomes are reported, and which barriers persist across organizational contexts. The findings show that HR analytics research is concentrated on operational and managerial applications, particularly recruitment, retention, and performance management, and is mainly supported by descriptive and limited predictive analytics. Reported outcomes emphasize efficiency, performance improvement, and decision quality, while strategic contributions remain weakly evidenced. Persistent challenges related to skills, data infrastructure, governance, and conceptual fragmentation continue to constrain deeper capability development. Overall, the literature reflects early to intermediate stages of HR analytics capability maturity.

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study investigated the relationship between internal communication and employee engagement at First Bank PLC in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria. The study was guided by three specific objectives: to examine the relationship between feedback mechanism and employee engagement, to assess the relationship between message clarity and employee engagement, and to evaluate the relationship between communication climate and employee engagement. Anchored on the Communication Satisfaction Theory by Downs and Hazen (1977), the study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population consisted of 200 staff across various First Bank branches in Onitsha, and a census sampling technique was used to include the entire population. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment Correlation at a 0.05 level of significance. The findings revealed a significant and positive relationship between feedback mechanism and employee engagement (r = 0.473, p < 0.05), message clarity and employee engagement (r = 0.390, p < 0.05), as well as communication climate and employee engagement (r = 0.401, p < 0.05). These results suggest that internal communication components significantly influence how engaged employees feel in their roles. The study concluded that robust internal communication systems enhance employee morale, motivation, and commitment. It was recommended that First Bank PLC strengthen its feedback systems, promote message clarity, and foster a positive communication climate to drive employee engagement. The study fills a knowledge gap in internal communication and employee engagement research in the Nigerian banking sector, particularly within a geographically and organizationally defined context</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The rapid growth of digital resources in Nigerian university libraries has outpaced the development of effective preservation strategies, leading to challenges such as data loss, technological obsolescence, and limited institutional support. The study used a descriptive survey design to examine perceptions of digital preservation practices, challenges, and open source software adoption in Nigerian university libraries. The area of study covered selected Nigerian universities. The population comprised librarians and Library and Information Science students. A sample of sixty five respondents (23 males, 42 females) was selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a four point Likert scale. The instrument was validated by experts and showed acceptable reliability (Cronbach alpha = 0.78). Data collection was conducted online via Google Form. Descriptive statistics and ANOVA were used for data analysis. The findings show minor gender based variations in digital preservation practices, challenges, capacity, and tool usage in Nigerian university libraries. Females slightly rated formal policies (3.40), standardized formats (3.38), and backups (1.95) higher than males (3.26, 3.30, 1.57), while males perceived routine checks more positively (2.30). Major problems in both sexes consist of lack of good ICT infrastructure (3.35 3.40) and lack of funding (2.98 3.22). Women viewed greater ability to adopt open-source software (3.48) and familiarity with other tools like DSpace (2.60). The results of ANOVA in all hypotheses showed a statistically significant finding of no gender differences (p>0.05). Based on this, the research concludes that digital preservations in Nigerian university libraries are limited by the lack of finances, infrastructure, and expertise. Intense institutional backing, intensified employee development, improved information and technology infrastructure, and the implementation of tailored open-source preservation systems therefore become fundamental corrective interventions</dc:description>
